As a mother of two boys, I’ve always seen travel as more than just a hobby but as a way of creating lasting memories. From the moment my children were born, I embraced every chance to explore the world with them. My own love of travel began at eight years old during a magical trip to Corfu, and I’ve been chasing that sense of wonder ever since. The thrill of discovering new places, cultures, food, and music never gets old. Planning a trip always fills me with excitement, even if it isn’t my own. 

That passion naturally led me into the travel industry in my early 20s. I chose to work with independent travel companies because they give me access to hundreds of trusted operators, allowing me to create truly personalised holidays. I find real joy in helping others plan their travels, using my own experiences, client feedback and industry knowledge to craft holidays that fit perfectly.

I stay up-to-date through regular training, ship visits, and events with tour operators and tourist boards. I’m especially well-versed in cruising and love sharing first-hand insights to help clients choose the right experience. Being an independent travel agent also means I can offer flexibility, working outside standard hours, meeting clients in person and even hosting pop-up shops in my local area.

I asked Charlotte to find me a beach holiday for myself and my 5yo, having no idea where to start. She spent time researching where would be best for us and gave me lots of ideas and suggestions. I picked a location and Charlotte got it booked for me super quickly.
