The travel industry has always played a prominent part in my life, having spent my early teens stamping brochures for my mum who managed the local travel agency. From this, it soon became evident that implementing travel as part of my career would be a very natural and rewarding progression for me. Even at a young age, I found it fascinating to notice the satisfaction that my mum and her experienced team brought to her clientele in matching them to their dream destinations. This sparked my passion for travel, which has stayed with me now for over 30 years across the diverse and ever-changing industry.
Finding my passion for travel at such a young age enabled me to adapt and progress quickly, meaning I worked my way through the ranks at multiple prestigious travel companies and gained an extensive amount of knowledge about the industry. This led to me starting out as my own independent travel representative. Priding myself on the highest levels of customer service enabled me to bring onboard existing customers who I had already built up a progressive rapport with; some of whom have even become my closest friends!
