Hello my name is Charlotte Wheeler and welcome to my page!

When I started my travel career with Thomas Cook at the age of 18, I knew that it was the industry for me. After a few years of building up my knowledge and experience, I joined the team at The Holiday Village, part of the Travel Village Group, a local family-run firm with over 61 years of trading behind them.

Through working with Phil (CEO) and the team, I discovered a passion for cruising and long haul holidays. I enjoy providing unique tailor-made packages, alongside the high levels of customer service that clients have come to expect from us all.

The years in between have seen me marry my wonderful husband James, and also the arrival of my two beautiful daughters, Annabelle and Ava, who certainly keep me on my toes, but I wouldn’t have it any other way! They are now at an age that truly appreciates the excitement of going on holiday, and both of them love to explore new cultures.

Our most recent adventure was at Walt Disney World in Florida, which was nothing short of amazing! I now consider myself a Disney expert after spending every evening for 12 months planning our trip!

Being a busy mum I can appreciate how difficult it is to find enough hours in the day, especially for working parents, so I aim to take away the stress of organising your holiday by offering you an out-of-hours service. I can be at the other end of a phone line outside of the average 9-to-5 work day to discuss all your travel requirements.

As an independent agent, I can also book a fantastic range of travel experiences from city breaks, beach holidays, and family summer sun to cruises, ski adventures, long haul, luxury getaways, and more! Plus, The Holiday Village is also fully ATOL and ABTA bonded, so you can enjoy peace of mind no matter your destination.
