We are the Travel Village Group, a fourth-generation family business established in 1959, and one of our amazing brands is "The Holiday Village". The homeworking solution for travel experts who are looking to start their own travel business, with round-the-clock support from our dedicated and experienced team, you'll feel part of the family every step of the way.

The difference

Some of our team have worked within Homeworking businesses for over 20 years, and really understand the importance of that individual support needed to succeed. There is no one size fits all at The Holiday Village, it's all about YOU; helping you to put your ideas and plans into practice. Building strong foundations from day one and throughout your career with The Holiday Village.

We also know waiting for your forward commissions is a financial strain & worry especially in those early trading days. We pay you 50% commission in advance and the remainder paid 6 weeks prior to your customer's departure. This ensures you take home commissions in advance rather than waiting for all the money to be paid 8 weeks prior. Alternatively if you would rather receive your commission once your clients have travelled we can assist with this model also.

I joined The Holiday Village last year after working with another consortium for 7 years. The difference is amazing! The admin team work tirelessly to check paperwork and send it to clients quickly, they are also on hand to help get through to suppliers, take payments and act as a sounding board for our rants. I have worked for 3 homeworking companies in my 17 years selling holidays from home and I can HONESTLY say The Holiday Village - Paula Nuttall and her amazing team are FANTASTIC! They have all got our backs should anything go wrong, no matter what time of day or night. I get a phone call every week to see how I am and can they do anything to help me, they pick me up when I am struggling. I have never had this from any home working company ever. Paula and her team have kept me sane for the past 22 months with the pandemic. I have not been pressured to pay back monies that I owe due to holidays being cancelled and clients wanting their money back. Another great thing about this company is I have my own admin person and she works hard to get my confirmations, tickets, balance reminders, etc quickly which is what clients like nowadays and her attention to detail is 5* too. We have a very friendly helpful Travel Village Facebook page and we all help one another too, you don't feel alone there is always someone there to help, give advice. Normally Paula, Susan and Elliott are there straight away answering questions, their attention to detail is FIRST CLASS. If I email Paula, I normally get an email back straight away or a phone call.
